hamrock coconut butter chocolate fudge (vegan, keto, & sugar-free) are SO much fun to make & EAT! This fudge is the easiest to make and super friendly for you to make with your kids, family or friends. Chocolate and mint are definitely one of my favorite combinations and then you throw the coconut butter in the mix. GAME OVER!
Seriously they are so smooth and creamy with added health benefits with peppermint oil and spirulina for the natural green coloring. I hope you make these all year round and enjoy them to the fullest.

- Double Broiler
- Silicone Molds
- melt chocolate layer
melt chocolate layer with raw monk fruit or your sweetener of choice than pour into mold.
- melt coconut butter layer
in a clean double broiler add all your ingredients and melt. keep mixing until smooth and a solid green color. pour in the mold and put into the fridge.
- pop out the shamrocks.
pop out the shamrocks & enjoy!option: to coat the top with more of the coconut butter layer for a glosser effect.
store: in the freezer for 1-2 months or the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
