What You Will Need
  • 1 Tablespoon raw monk fruit
  •  1 Teaspoon Moondeli’s Mushroom Adaptogen: Cacao Chaga Cordyceps
  •  1 Cup almond milk
  •  1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder
  •  1 Teaspoon dried rose petals
  1. heat almond milk
    Heat your almond milk to the desired temperature, once you have reached the temperature you like to remove from heat.

    Now pour milk into tumbler or mug of choice.

  2. pour in
    pour in the rest of your powder ingredients.
  3. whisk.
    now go ahead and whisk your elixir. I love using a blender or a hand held whisk. Notes above on the whisk.
  4. top with rose petals.

    decorate with a few rose petals and drink up to enjoy.
