5 Ingredient Rose Avocado Peppermint Fudge

I am so excited to share this EASY PEASY recipe with you! It is SO simple and takes a whole 5 minutes to blend all the ingredients and then just place in the freezer to chill until solid. I’ve been on the Body Ecology protocol for about 2 and 1/2 months now. I’ve just been missing a little dessert here and there.

99% of the desserts I’ve been making lately like the turtles… I make them for the joy of making them for friends and family. Also just for pure joy – there’s nothing I really enjoy more than being in my kitchen – and fully in my creative element. Do you get the same feeling cooking or baking for loved ones?

Anyways if you are watching your sugar intake this is another sugar-free recipe. They are so creamy and perfect for the holiday or any season. They are a sweet treat are super quick to make and clean up and I hope you enjoy them as much as we do. xo

What You Will Need
  • food processor
  • candy molds
  •  2 small to medium avocados
  •  1/4 Cup coconut oil
  •  1/2 Cup Lakanto Raw Monk Fruit (use MYTINYLAGUNA for 20% off)
  •  6 drops of vanilla cream stevia
  •  3 drops of peppermint essential oil or extract
  •  1 Tablespoon dried rose petals
  1. place all ingredients into food processor.

Put all of your goods into the food processor or blender – I personally find the food processor to work easier for this recipe.
  2. put mix into molds.

Once everything is blended thoroughly all you have to do it put the mix into your candy molds – you can also put this into a brownie pan and cut into squares. Easy as 1 -2-3! Freeze fudge until solid will take 2-3 hours. Store for 2-3 months. Enjoy!
