Rose Gold Adaptogenic Rejuvenation LatteSkip to Recipe
Rose Gold Adaptogenic Rejuvenation Latte features (a new Ayurvedic adaptogenic potion) that is anti-inflammatory, healing & supports vibrant energy. Turmeric in itself is calming to the entire body, and it works with your body’s natural healing system to lower inflammation. Inflammation is way too common in today’s world, as everywhere we turn we are surrounded by toxins.
Therefore, every day if possible, I love to get a dose of Turmeric in. If you aren’t sensitive to the taste, double the dosage. In many cultures, Turmeric is considered to be pure gold, due to all of its healing properties and ability to make the skin shine like gold.
Rose also has a spirit of its own. Roses are known to soothe the heart from any grief or heartache, and rose has a loving vibration. So if you are feeling down, tired, and needing a pick-me-up, this recipe and mixture are right up your alley. Rose is also clarifying and beautifying to the skin – bonus!
The goodness of this blend doesn’t stop at Turmeric and Rose, Rose Gold Rejuvenation also includes Ginger Root, Ashwagandha, Anantamula (Indian Sarsaparilla), Gotu Kola, Cardamon, Vanilla Bean, Saffron, Black Pepper & Dates. This is by far the most grounding blend I have ever laid eyes on.
Ashwagandha, another herb in the Rose Gold blend used in the Rose Gold Adaptogenic Latte, helps to deal with stress and adrenal fatigue. There is also cardamon, which is warming and grounding to the body. Saffron is also in the blend, which is one of the ultimate hormone healers, especially for women, and is great for digestion & skin. Black Pepper is the magic ingredient to help you absorb the properties of Turmeric into your system and fully deliver its healing benefits. Anantamula energizes, calms, & supports the reproductive organs. And finally, this blend contains dates, which build deep energy reserves and lend a natural sweetness.
I discovered Mamāyurveda via Instagram, being the blend loving human that I am, I couldn’t pass up supporting a small woman-owned business and try her blend. Turmeric AND roses?! When I saw this blend, I couldn’t help but think that is was an absolutely pure genius to mix the two together.
I’ve been learning about herbalism a lot more these days, and not just that herbs and spices that are good for you, but that plants actually have a spirit formed inside of them each and every one of them, to work within the body, and heal you from the inside out. Talk about the most magical thing ever! I love including these herbs and sharing the ritual of making a daily latte or tonic. I believe taking the time out to make a 5-minute drink is pure medicine for the soul and body.
Mamāyurveda also has a couple of other blends, one called Dirty Dandy (an herbal coffee, coffee, adaptogen blend), and the other Cacao Mushroom! Both are absolutely magical and make amazing lattes. I’d highly recommend checking them out.
