What You Will Need
  1. In a blender add in all of the ingredients (except for the Cymbiotika DHA).
  2. Once blended smoothly place in the refrigerator to cool for 1-2 hours.
  3. Pour the mixture into a ready to go ice cream maker until fully frozen.
  4. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, use a bread pan lined with parchment paper, and place in the freezer overnight.
  5. Take out the pan out 30-60 minutes before enjoying.
  6. Scoop out and enjoy!
