Dried blueberries, a.k.a. bilberries, are known to have antioxidants and fight free radicals.

Hibiscus flowers are known for their tropical red flowers, and make a popular tea with refreshing qualities.

Lavender is a popular powerhouse of a soothing herb, and for good reason. With a lovely floral aroma and flavor, and amazing relaxing properties, lavender is the star of the show in this recipe.

Elderberry powder is known for its healthful properties and boosting immunity. It has a dark berry earthy flavor, and this recipe lends its less-bitter dried counterpart in powder form.

Vanilla bean powder has a unique and complex flavor that is sweet with just a little bit of spice.

How to Make Lavender Blueberry Moon Milk

First, steep your tea. Place the rooibos, dried blueberries, hibiscus, and lavender into a teapot and steep for 10 minutes.

While the tea is steeping, warm the coconut milk, using a whisk to froth if desired.

Using one or two teacups, mix the tea and coconut milk together and stir in the sweetener to taste.

Sprinkle the top with elderberry and vanilla bean powders. Sip, relax, breathe out your worries, and enjoy!
