Herbal Infusion Benefits
As women, we know how important it is to take care of our bodies, especially when it comes to our reproductive health. A daily herbal infusion can be a supportive addition to our self-care routine. It provides us with the nutrients and minerals to support a nourished reproductive system.
For a natural way to support your fertility and overall health, we highly recommend trying a daily herbal infusion. It nourishes your body with essential minerals and vitamins and also provides you with a gentle and calming self-care practice. So why not give it a try and see how it makes you feel? Your body and mind will thank you for it.
Boost Fertility Naturally with an Herbal Infusion
To make an infusion for fertility support, all you need is the herbs, a glass mason jar, hot water, and a lid. Making a daily herbal infusion is a grounding ritual to welcome into your evening or early morning routine.
One recipe that we recommend is this blend of fertility herbs. Each has properties that are supportive of women’s reproductive systems. Your whole being will be grateful for the time and care you are taking to support your body.

Ingredients
Nettle is a nutrient-dense herb that is high in minerals and vitamins. It can help to support our liver, which is important for hormonal balance.
Schisandra Berry is a gentle yet potent liver supporter. It aids in detoxification, reduces liver enzymes, and supports healthy skin.
Rose hips are optional but provide a boost of vitamin C, which is essential for our immune system and overall well-being.
Ginger, with its warming properties, can help to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support digestion.

How to Make a Herbal Infusion for Fertility
To make the infusion, simply combine the nettle, Schisandra berry, rose hips, and ginger in a 32-ounce glass mason jar.
Pour hot water over the fertility herbs and let them steep overnight. Another option is to make it first thing in the morning and sip throughout the day. The longer you sip the herbal infusion, the more nutrients and minerals you’ll receive.
In order to switch out the nutrients, it’s recommended to rotate herbs daily. Therefore you can rotate this infusion for our Nourishing Oatstraw Infusion, or separate the herbs out. For example, one day make an infusion with only Nettle, the next day only rose hips, and another day make the infusion with the full recipe.
It’s important to note that while Schisandra berry can be beneficial for fertility, it’s not recommended during pregnancy. As always, it’s best to consult with a healthcare provider before adding any new herbs or supplements to your routine.

Make a Fertility Support Ritual
In addition to its fertility-supporting benefits, a daily herbal infusion can also be a calming ritual in our day. When steeping overnight, I love to gently rewarm on the stove to sip warm infusion throughout the day. Unless it is a warm summer day, I enjoy having the infusion at room temperature.
Take a few moments to prepare the infusion, sip it mindfully, and enjoy its soothing properties. These fertility herbs can help us to feel more connected to our bodies and our feminine energy.
