Recipe Note:

  • If you need a little sweetener, feel free to¬†add honey or maple syrup!
  • This cider also pairs very well with sparkling water, for a bubbly drink!
  1. Put the juice and apple cider vinegar in a large soup pot, instant pot or slow cooker.
  2. Add the rest of the spices & herbal ingredients and bring up to a boil.
  3. Turn down the heat and let simmer for at least an hour.
  4. Strain before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
