Magical Chia Seed Pudding in single serving cute and adorable mason jars filled to the brim with healthy fats, fiber, omega-3’s & mineral dense superfoods. The best thing besides that they taste delicious is they are super adorable.

We found the mini mason jars on Amazon the other day and I just couldn’t wait to make us all the snack sized single serving of chia seed puddings.

Being on the Body Ecology Lifestyle slash Sugar-Free at the moment there are definite moments of needing or wanting a little sweet snack without compromising flavor or staying on track.

Mini mason jars, they are the perfect take a snack to work size, or going over to friends, Disneyland, school… well, I’m sure you get the point. Mini chia seed pudding is perfect for any on-the-go occasion.

Oh, and one more great things are they are SOOO easy to make. Like 5 minutes and just wait for the chia seed to fully soak up your almond milk.

I used Moondeli’s Golden Turmeric because I love the other spices involved. You can simply add Tumeric if you wish – promise it will still taste delicious.

One other thing to mention you don’t HAVE to add any of the superfoods – I put them in mine simply for my own entertainment. For some reason, I get more excited to eat them when they have the extra taste or health benefits to look forward to. I’ve listed a few of the benefits of the what I used above. As always this doesn’t have to be an expensive snack you can make it with just almond milk, chia seeds, & stevia to be fulfilled. The others are just extra bonuses.

If you don’t have stevia or want to use another sweetener go for it! Just add a teaspoon or two of honey, agave, or coconut sugar.

What You Will Need
  • mason jars
  • fork
  1. add in all ingredients to your mason jar.
    I provided the measurements for a single serving since you are making each jar one at a time.
  2. tips for chia seeds & mixing
    when you pour in your chia seeds more sure to whisk or STIR. I tried to shake a few of them and it didn’t work as well as stirring for about a minute or two. This prevents all the chia seeds going straight to the botton. IF this happens anyways stir with fork and add more chia seeds until jar is full.
  3. chill in fridge for 20-30 minutes.
    your chia seeds will still to absorb water right away but you’ll get the best benefits of them by letting them soak fully for 20-30 minutes.
  4. store in fridge.

    store in the fridge but eat within a week. ENJOY! XO
