Creating a Chamomile Flower Berry Moon Milk
I was inspired to make this chamomile moon milk recipe during a time when I needed something to ground my energy, create some calm space, and reach for soul healing magic. I always find that at nighttime, a moon milk ritual helps bring me into balance. The bright colors and flowers lift me up emotionally and relax me physically.

Moon Milk Ingredients
To make this moon milk recipe there are a few options to make it fit your lifestyle.
If you follow a sugar-free, paleo, or keto lifestyle, sweeten it with stevia. For paleo, maple syrup works great as well. However, due to the sugar, it may not have the desired calming effect.
For the milk, I recommend using your favorite plant-based milk. I usually use almond milk or a blend of almond and coconut milk made in my Almond Cow. (If you are interested in an Almond Cow, use code “STEPHANIE” for $15 off).
Feel free to be creative with your plant-based milk for this moon milk recipe. Whichever milk you prefer makes a good base for the moon milk. Also, using plant-based milk makes this recipe vegan friendly.
To bring a little color to the milk, add some superfood berry powder. It gives the milk a slight berry taste that feels calming while adding some bright colors and nutritional benefits.
Chamomile, The Star of the Show
All of the ingredients in this moon milk recipe are amazing. However, the star of the show is the chamomile. Whenever I drink moon milk I tend to be in a space where I want to relax, ground, and wind down from the day, rather than be energized. This moon milk is 100% caffeine-free and sugar-free so there won’t be any undesired side effects.
Chamomile is an herb that has well-known natural relaxing properties that help me fall asleep. Along with relaxation, chamomile also helps to lower blood sugar and inflammation. These properties really make this moon milk recipe so magical and nourishing!
Whenever I drink Chamomile it puts my mind and body at ease, and I am so ready to relax and snuggle into bed with a good book. What more could you ask for, especially if you are experiencing a hectic time of life?
Chamomile combined together with the cornflowers will help to nourish you, ground you, and bring you back to center. The berries will provide you with antioxidants to protect and recharge you. The stevia with plant-based milk combines together to make an absolutely delicious and nourishing drink.

Have a Moon Milk Ritual
I always incorporate my moon milk into a wind-down ritual. When developing an evening wind-down ritual, make sure it’s something that speaks to you, grounds you, and prepares you for bed.
My personal ritual is to pull a couple of tarot cards, burn a candle, and light some palo santo or sage. Then I write in my journal, play some soothing tunes, and sip on my moon milk. I find that it’s especially helpful on a full moon, new moon, or when I just need to call back my own energy. Creating this space helps me to process the events of the day and get a good night’s rest.
Enjoy the relaxing nature of this chamomile moon milk recipe anytime you feel called to make space for yourself, need a healing pause, and want a night of rejuvenating sleep.
