here is very favorite brownie truffle recipe to be saved and remembered. For the moment you are needing a straight up gooey, fluffy brownie fix. my promise to you is that these recipes are a HIT. these are the recipe I make for EVERYTHING – they are SO easy to make and take little ingredients.
every time I have made them everyone just raves about them and can’t believe they are vegan or made out of mostly walnuts & dates. Anyways I hope you can thank me later. 🙂
I’ve been making these babies for years. I am personally still on my sugar-free/body ecology cleanse but I love to make these for the people I love. Raw vegan or any refined sugar treat is still a wise choice versus a cane sugar filled a cupcake. My love and friends will eat these up and it brings us all so much joy to share something so yummy without the refined sugar. The art of creating and food can be such a powerful gift.
So if you are someone on the Body Ecology or a sugar-free lifestyle I encourage you to practice making these for your loved ones when you go to Christmas or for friends at work. Brownie truffles are great treats all year around. brownie truffle products I used:
organic Medjool dates from whole foods: they are SO soft & gooey!
superfood of choice – I added sun potion’s anandamide it’s FILLED with herbs & adaptogens

- Food Processor
- put your walnuts into the food processor
add walnuts and blend in the food processor until the walnuts became a flour, I promise this step is crucial!
- add the rest of ingredients
let the food processor run until everything has been fully blended, once done do the stick test by pinching the mix to see if it starts to form together.
- create your truffles
here you can use a scooper or your hands to form the truffles.
eat right away or our favorite is to place them into the freezer in a glass container with a lid to store – store here for 2-3 months.
