What You Will Need
  1. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler (or a pyrex bowl over a pan with boiling water)
  2. Pour the melted chocolate chips into small muffin cups (i used siliconeĀ cups)
  3. Melt coconut butter in a new clean double boiler, add in 3 scoops of SuperBeets powder and pour into pan. (Optional if you want to add in sweetener, I found the coconut butter to be sweet enough.)
  4. Pour into pan and freeze!
  5. Enjoy when they are completely solid!
