Ingredients
  • Minty Green Layer:
  • 2 organic avocados

  • 6 drops of vanilla cream stevia
  • White Minty Snow Layer:
  • 1/2 Cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 Cup coconut butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Sunpotion Yin Power (option adaptogen boost)
  • 6 drops of vanilla cream stevia
  • 1/4 Cup Lakanto Golden Raw Monk Fruit (use MYTINYLAGUNA for 20% off)
  • Cranberry Frosting Layer
  • 1/4 Cup coconut oil
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Lakanto Golden Raw Monk Fruit (use MYTINYLAGUNA for 20% off)
  • 3 Teaspoons Organic Cranberry Powder
Instructions
  1. 1. start to make your layers

    for each layer it will be the same step, to place all the ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth and pour into your container. I use a 3 x 5inch glass container with a lid on it and lined it with parchment paper. layer the green layer first place into freezer while you make the white layer, make the white layer and pour into the glass container and blend your cranberry frosting and pour on the top layer.

    Make sure to rinse your food processor out in between blends if you want your layers to be a distinct and solid color.

    Store in freezer - and cut into small bite pieces to enjoy. xo
