  • 2 Tablespoons ground cocoa or cacao nibs
  • 1/4 Cup cacao butter
  • 1/3 Cup coconut oil
  • 6 drops of vanilla cream stevia
  • 1/3 Cup Lakanto Golden Raw Monk Fruit (use MYTINYLAGUNA for 20% off)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ashwagandha (Sunpotion) (optional adaptogen)
  1. 1. ground your cocoa/cacao nibs

    ground your nibs :D either in a food processor or with a mortar and pestle

  2. 2. melt ingredients

    place all of your ingredients into your double broiler or a pyrex bowl over a small pot of boiling water.

  3. 3. pour it up

    pour all ingredients into your chocolate molds and freezer for 1-2 hours or over night. & that's it you are all done! enjoy! xoxo
