What You Will Need
  • 2 stalks of rhubarb
  • 2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1-2 inches of peeled and chopped ginger
  • 2 cups of almond or coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons of flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut butter or coconut oil
  1. Peel and chop your ginger.
  2. Rinse and chop your rhubarb.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  4. Blend until smooth!
  5. Enjoy!
