Pumpkin chai spiced moon milk (vegan, paleo, keto & body ecology) is the coziest drink for any crisp fall evening to warm up. It’s Hallow’s Eve and it’s giving me all the creative feels. I get the most excited for holidays, but especially Halloween. I love that there is a time to dedicate time and prayers to those that have passed. It gives me the greatest peace, where I feel connected to my ancestors, listening to their messages. That it’s time to let go of all the ancestral patterns that no longer serve us. It’s a tricky time in that respect, to really look at our shadows, and comb out what isn’t serving us. What are you willing to let go of?
I made this moon milk as a time to reflect, what can I let go off. Letting go can be a time of shedding the weight to welcome in the new. I don’t know about you but the last month has been brutal patterns, family history, injuries have come up to show me all the things that still need to be healed. Our self-worth included, it also shows me to have compassion for everyone. For we are all facing our fears, in some way. Any human whether they want to admit goes through tough times. I pray we can all come together in these times.
