today i jumped on the popsicle bandwagon - why? because 1. it's hot & 2. I love to make my daily warm adaptogen tonics. but now that it is summer & moondeli announced they were having a recipe contest (i love a good ol recipe contest especially when the winnings are more yummy superfoods, super shrooms & herbs). therefore i thought what a great time to try out a new summer friendly adaptogen recipe... so here you have it.. i hope you enjoy them as much as we are. i used a homemade batch of coconut yogurt (sweetened with honey) I'll post a recipe for this too - it's sooo easyyy! then I choose the mushroom blend because I love getting the benefits of chaga, cacao, & cordyceps all in one. Ingredients
  • homemade coconut yogurt
  • ripe avocados
  • 2 Tablespoons moondeli mushroom/cacao/chaga/cordyceps adaptogen blend
  • 2 Tablespoons raw organic cacao
  • 2 Tablespoons raw monk fruit
  • 4 Tablespoons organic raw honey
Instructions

1. have alllllll the fun.

put all of the ingredients listed above and blend. freeze the pops.

I let them freeze overnight.

eat them as is or sprinkle on the enchanted forest.

in the picture, we used dried dragon fruit (IT’S real & AMAZING),
melted cacao drizzle (cacao butter, cacao powder, sea salt & raw monk fruit), your local bee pollen, moondeli blue-green algae & edible flower petals. 🙂 now go have yourself a happy hippie party. love you all! xo
