magical chia seed pudding (sugar-free, paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free & body ecology)

  • 3 Ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 3-4 Tablespoons white chia seeds
  • 3-5 drops of vanilla cream stevia
  • 1 Teaspoon superfood powder of choice (see above for options that i used)
  1. 1. add in all ingredients to your mason jar.

    I provided the measurements for a single serving since you are making each jar one at a time.

  2. 2. tips for chia seeds & mixing

    when you pour in your chia seeds more sure to whisk or STIR. I tried to shake a few of them and it didn't work as well as stirring for about a minute or two. This prevents all the chia seeds going straight to the botton. IF this happens anyways stir with fork and add more chia seeds until jar is full.

  3. 3. chill in fridge for 20-30 minutes.

    your chia seeds will still to absorb water right away but you'll get the best benefits of them by letting them soak fully for 20-30 minutes.

  4. 4. store in fridge.

    store in the fridge but eat within a week. ENJOY! XO
