- add in all ingredients to your mason jar.
I provided the measurements for a single serving since you are making each jar one at a time.
- tips for chia seeds & mixing
when you pour in your chia seeds more sure to whisk or STIR. I tried to shake a few of them and it didn’t work as well as stirring for about a minute or two. This prevents all the chia seeds going straight to the botton. IF this happens anyways stir with fork and add more chia seeds until jar is full.
- chill in fridge for 20-30 minutes.
your chia seeds will still to absorb water right away but you’ll get the best benefits of them by letting them soak fully for 20-30 minutes.
- store in fridge.
store in the fridge but eat within a week. ENJOY! XO
